The Ringgold Kiwanis club held its annual benefit for Habitat for Humanity. The club presented a check for $10,000 to local Habitat for Humanity representative Don Byrd to support their efforts to provide quality, affordable housing to needy families in the community.

The annual event was held at the Colonnade with a dinner catered by Darrs Chow Time. Upon completion of dinner, attention was turned to a reverse raffle. Over $5500 in cash prizes were awarded with the grand prize winner being Robert Mashburn, who elected to have his two grand daughters accept the prize.
