School Board Member and fellow Kiwanian, Jane Everitt made a presentation to the club about the new high school (Heritage High School) slated for construction later this year. Jane's husband, and fellow Kiwanian, Joe Everitt assists with the presentation.  

Chris McKeever, Executive Director of the 6th Calvary Museum in Ft. Oglethorpe, GA, spoke to the club during our weekly meeting. She described the history of the 6th Calvary and the post facilities. She would like to visit with anyone who served at the Post, either in the service or civilians working there.  

While campaigning in Northwest Georgia, Karen Handel, candidate for Secretary of State subject to the Republican Primary on July 18, took time out to join us for breakfast.  read more (34 words)

Steve Cole of the GA Department of Labor - Vocation Rehabilitation Program, addressed the Ringgold Kiwanis club on March 28. Mr. Cole matches handicapped individuals with employment opportunities in the surrounding communities.
